That's why I established Ezrah's Aid LLC, to help individuals through their educational and professional journeys.

Dr. Cooper Hove, the owner of Ezrah's Aid, holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and has expertise in the behavioral and mental health field. She specializes in coaching within the behavioral and educational fields and also has experience supporting professionals in sales, nursing, finance, and data science.

She has assisted various companies, including start-ups, with HR outsourcing, such as training modules, standard operating procedures, resume screening, recruiting, employee handbooks, job descriptions, employee engagement, and pre-employment assessment administration and analysis. Dr. Hove also provides proofreading and editing services for academic and professional documents.
